Worst customer service ever! Stop arguing with the customers and make things right when they have an issue. Who hired these rude... employees!? The manager is the worst one of them all. Wanted to buy 2 dozen Haunted House collection donuts 10:25 AM. Lobby closed. Waited at drive through menu a while, then drove... to window and waited 5 minutes. No one at the window and couldn?t see anyone in the shop through the window. Are they closed onHalloween? You don't know what your getting at this location. I live nearby and get varied customer service and often disappointing options... on doughnuts. I'm talking about 9 a.m. on a Saturday. A few times the lobby has been closed. That's a bad sign. You can't evensee what doughnuts they have. Today this happened (yet again). Before I could place my order the girl at the drive thru said weare limited on the doughnuts we have. I just said give me what you have. That's really disappointing. And when I got home I getthese miniature-looking doughnuts - really none of what I wanted because the choice was so limited. My daughter laughed at thesize of the doughnuts. I could have gotten better options at Circle K, honestly. You guys have such a beautiful facility but yetit gets lost when the product isn't there. What is going on? Read more
So time and time again, this location advertises items on the menu but never has anything in stock. They claim its all out.... This goes for things as simple as a powdered donut or whipped cream for their lattes. Also, they seem very unprofessional. It's a bunch of teens who don't know very much. Read more
I have never in my life. Received cold Krispy Kreme original donuts when I have gone to the actual Krispy Kreme store Tonight. I... got cold donuts in the drive-thru and I was shocked. I went inside to give them an exchange and also explain that Krispy Kremedonuts should be hot instead of getting a comment back. Yes ma'am, we will take care of that right away for you. Sorry for theinconvenience. Instead, I got excuses and explanations and even felt very uncomfortable trying to get my warm donuts. Also ilanione of the staff there begin to badger me and also make me feel even more uncomfortable asking for her to get my donuts. Shepurposely made me stand there longer and serve other people before me. Her manager was present and I did let him know how upsetI was.
