Wanted to buy 2 dozen Haunted House collection donuts 10:25 AM. Lobby closed. Waited at drive through menu a while, then drove... to window and waited 5 minutes. You don't know what your getting at this location. I live nearby and get varied customer service and often disappointing options... on doughnuts. I'm talking about 9 a.m. on a Saturday. A few times the lobby has been closed. That's a bad sign. You can't evensee what doughnuts they have. Today this happened (yet again). Before I could place my order the girl at the drive thru said weare limited on the doughnuts we have. I just said give me what you have. That's really disappointing. And when I got home I getthese miniature-looking doughnuts - really none of what I wanted because the choice was so limited. My daughter laughed at thesize of the doughnuts. I could have gotten better options at Circle K, honestly. You guys have such a beautiful facility but yetit gets lost when the product isn't there. What is going on? Read more
