Today I decided to have my work lunch at Kneaders. It was busy because as I later found out, they were understaffed. I must say... despite the situation, the staff handled it wonderfully and with grace. I did notice some rather rude and disgruntled impatientcustomers but after inquiring about the situation, found out some of them made an error placing their huge order throughKneaders Corporate which is a call center as opposed to calling the store directly. My take away from the situation is thatpatience is a virtue and if things go awry within an establishment, you are welcome to leave and go to a fast food restaurant.Those of us who appreciate the Kneaders staff appreciate their effort and diligence despite the staffing situations everyrestaurant everywhere seems to be experiencing. The pastrami warmed up in rustic rye is very tasty. The sauce inside is good as well. Half sandwich is plenty big. Must have.... Staff is great and they keep the seating area clean. Read more
Amazing Bakery & Cafe I had a bacon, egg and cheese croissant and it was delicious there pastry are as fresh as they look. There... staff are great and polite, beautiful clean establishment, I absolutely love it, definitely will be coming back. We absolutely love this place! Whenever we're in Tucson we make it a point to stop here. I'm a big French toast aficionado and... Kneader's is the best. My wife got sourdough pancakes (one of them wasn't cooked completely, a minor mistake) and they weredelicious. You definitely need to give them a try. Highly recommended. Read more
The Turkey bacon avocado sandwich is my go to. The Famous Chicken Cheese and Ham is amazing. The Cheddar and broccoli soup is... fantastic. Next time will be the French dip for sure. It looked so good. Read more
I placed on online order at 11:30am for a 12:00PM pickup. My boyfriend showed up at 12:10pm to pick up the food and the order... hadn't even be started. They give him my food and it looked like this (picture below). I?m so disgusted. I asked for no onionsand got onions anyway. The grilled cheese was supposed to have bacon and avocado, it didn?t. The cashier was nice. I had the pumpkin chocolate chip cookie which was very moist and tasted awesome. My friend had the... chocolate mousse and she was very happy with her choice. Only draw back is that they don't carry decaf coffee. Read more
