taste - 5 -kiwami shiro ramen, spicy curry tonkatsu ramen, spicy tuna poke bowl -takoyaki, chicken karage, soft shell crab... bun service - 5 -the two server ladies were attentive and quick ambiance - 4 -i wish there was more indoor space. the outdoorspace could use a fan or some misters. it was loud out there but that's mid-town for you. location - 5 -mid-town, close toeverything value - 5 -lots of food for the price ***even in the heat of summer, ramen dishes are still enjoyable*** -bothramen dishes were delicious, especially the spicy curry one. -i should have ordered the regular salmon or tuna poke bowl. ithink too much mayo drowned out the taste of the tuna. however, the blackend garlic chili sauce was delicious. very original. is this available for purchase? -appetizers were all delicious. i'll come back again just for the soft shell crab bun. again,very original. ***will return again*** Read more
Ooooomg the food was so fire. I got calamari and it was seasoned to PERFECTION and had such a beautiful delicate crispness. Not... to mention the sauce that came with it was also amazing. My boyfriend ended up snacking on my plate. I also got a pork bun whichI have never had before. It comes with 2 buns that were fluffy and soft. It ended up being very filling. Read more
Wow!! After living in Japan for two years, I was struggling to find a good, authentic Japanese restaurant, but Kiwami knocked it... out of the park! Their food was amazing, authentic and greeted at the door like it's don't in Japan made this place amazing. Read more

This ramen restaurant was pretty good, the food was great, I order the house ramen and my friend got a vegetarian one, we loved... it. We got to seat in a shared table area, the place was full but we enjoy our time there. the decoration and the music wasprobably my favorite thing second to that black garlic sauce. Amazingly rich food! I had the #3 Kiwami Kuro, with added avocado. Their signature pork broth with black garlic oil is beyond... words delicious! The slices of pork were just right, juicy, with a small touch of yummy pork fat on one edge. See the photos ofthe menu that I attached for more details of what is included. I took a good "stab" at using chopsticks, but had to break downand ask for a fork. The ladle size spoon was just right to drink in the broth. Tipping the bowl over near the end to pourevery drop into my spoon do that nothing was left remaining. Very friendly and attentive employees! Read more
Decided to try this restaurant on a whim after reading the reviews. Have never had authentic ramen before and wasn?t sure what... to expect since there was a drive through- didn?t expect much in terms of service or ambiance. But, boy, what a pleasantsurprise! Excellent service and we enjoyed the food - tried the #3 Pork Ramen and loved it. Delicious pork, the egg added asilky texture which paired nicely with the thinly cut pork and noodles. The pork gyoza appetizer was good too - nice crispnesson just one side, which was a unique approach. The Tuna Poke bowl was tasty as it included some kind of sweet fruit but I wasn?ta fan of the added seaweed and imitation crab sprinkled on top. Next time, I?ll get the Ramen :) Good atmosphere, clean,extremely fast and friendly service and decent prices. Will be back and definitely recommend. Read more
