I am giving this store a bad review because of the blonde hair woman with pig tails did poor job on waiting on me, she lied to... me about the chicken being fresh, it was old from where she put it together for another order, I even asked her if it was freshand she said yes and that was a lie, I should have checked it at the store. I just know that I will not be going back therenever again. I just want everyone to pay attention to what you're buying, I suggest you look at it in the store. Read more
Bad experience everytime!!! My fiancé and I moved to Oro Valley 5 months ago. The KFC on Oracle is closest to our... home. Everytime that I have ordered food there has been awful! And everytime they were out of at least two items The first twotimes, they were out of just about everything, they said because they were cleaning the fryers! I was there ninety minutesbefore closing! Tonight we ordered online and were there five minutes after the pickup time. We still had to wait for tenminutes. When we got the order home, there were no biscuits, the chicken was neither original nor crispy (the skin was not crispand no herbs nor spices. Incredibly bland and unedible)( see pic), and the side of potatoes portion was very small to accompanya twelve piece meal. Needless to say, I will NEVER eat there again! Read more
Oct 2 2022 I had to come back to get my order fixed but was given attitude by the managers I believe one was named Jeremiah. I... was treated with disrespect. All I wanted was to fix my my order. Left again I had to come back for the third time because mymeals were not right worst kfc and I again was treated with disrespect, and one of the employees are not in his name. My food was of decent quality. Certainly not the best KFC chicken I've ever had but still good. Finding a clean dining table... proved to be a challenge. Obviously the staff of this location have a shortage of pride and work ethic which is on fulldisplay. Vast room for improvement! Read more
Haven't been to a KFC in years so this updated bright and modern take is nice. Chicken still tastes the same which is good. On... the pricy side as you can get other chicken places cheaper. The Nashville hot was on the oily side but tasted good. The wholewings were tiny. Coleslaw sauce was think but again tasted great. Prob will be back in to this location but not as often as theprice is what holds me back. Over all good clean place to eat at.. Read more
Are you kidding me???? I go to this KFC and others and I'm always able to change some of the pieces of the 16 piece meal and pay... the extra fee. Never had a problem.
