The crew on the closing shift are by far the best group of folks I've dealt with in any KFC on the north side. Damien, in... particular, make sure I got the order that I wanted even though I could just tell that everybody really wanted to go home. Gross old fries and chicken, it was dried out too. Even the biscuits were burned, and terrible service to top it off they didn't... offer us any condiments like honey or even ketchup. Wouldn't be surprised if this place closes, very disappointed customer. Read more

Why do they do online orders and never get it right I sent my daughter to pick up and she came back home with the wrong order... and they don?t even answer the phone to fix it. At 6:55 pm Store claimed to be out of chicken breasts for the family 8 piece buckect (probably didn't want to make more chicken... since they close at 8) said there was only dark meat, wanted to charge me full price for the meal even though if you add whitemeat they charge you extra, when I offered to accept chicken strips, in lieu of the breast was told that was against policy andwas not possible. Ok, but good customer service would indicate that if you did not plan your inventory correctly you should atthe very least do SOMETHING to make up for the shortcoming. VERY poor customer service on the part of this location, and yes,the manager was right there. Maybe my canceled $30 order is just pennies in the big picture, but if enough people do it, it is anotable problem. Food for thought. Read more

I?ve been dashing for the community for a little while now and I?ve always had issues with this location. Orders are being... heavily delayed, no one in the back wears gloves (which isn?t very sanitary since they?re going back and forth across the wholeback area and sometimes even into the lobby) only have seen a few people pretend they like working there and the customerservice is definitely something that needs to be worked on. Don,t buy nothing in this locación, I have a really bad experience on 8/30/22 I buy a 8 pices bucket with 2 sides and 4 biskets... I pay 28.00 Dlls. No biskets in my order, I call in the moment with the manager to reimburst my money, I go today and they wantto give me only $3.26 Dlls only. We went through the drive thru and after we paid they said an 8 minute wait for biscuits we waited about 10 minutes then when we... got home they forgot the Cole Slaw I called rite away and no answer what so ever. After numerous calls and no answer I went backthere, which was an inconvenience for me, and they gave me the cole slaw and I ask if their phone worked and he said probablybut it's in the office and the door is closed so contact is not a concern to anyone there.
