HORRIBLE!!!! This place needs to get checked up by KFC corporate... Stood at the register for about 20min before someone finally... noticed me... One old white lady with glasses thinks she owns the place... Another women ask her to slow down and to completemaking orders, the old white ladies flipped out on her.... This is the worst service I have ever had in my life spent 30 min in drive thru get home my meals were not right I don't think I... will ever return to this KFC ever again!!! The workers do not know what they are doing all of them but 2 we're just messingaround instead of helping customers and being productive absolute worst place!!!! Read more
Pulled up to drive thru at lunch time yesterday and was told they were not taking drive thru orders right now only walk ins.... They could not give me an answer as to how someone who was mobility challenged would be able to order. So I told them they justlost one of many sales. Read more
If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Literally JUST left the Valencia and cardinal location in Tucson AZ. Its August 24, 2022... 5:40pm.... Whoever the rude employee/manager is NEEDS to be FIRED!! My Fiance and I have been customers of this location foryears and it ALWAYS seems like theres something they dont have or some type of poor service but we put up with it....but notafter today!!! We were ordering for our Sons birthday dinner(He specificallyaskedfor KFC for his Bday dinner which he willunfortunatelyNOT be getting today). We pulled up to the drive thru window and proceeded to place our order...with our familymeal order, we also asked for 2 extra sides of Mac and Cheese -which of course we would pay extra for- and we were told that itwas going to be a few minutes...which my fiance replied, "that's fine, I'll wait." I guess the employee didnt feel like makingthe simple mac and cheese and the woman on the drive thru speaker than replied..."We aren't going to give you any extrasides...we arent giving out more than 2 sides per car!" When my fiance asked why she rudely replied "You know what?? Im notgoing to give you the mac and chees and in fact I'm not even going to give your chicken! My fiance then asked why and said hewas willing to wait and pay for the extra sides. The woman than said "would you like some music" in a condescending andsarcastic tone and replied she was refusing to sell us the food....ALL BECAUSE HE ORDERED 2 EXTRA SIDES OF MAC N CHEESE...Whenhe asked to speak to the MANAGER she replied that SHE WAS THE MANAGER while laughing and giving attitude! When he asked for thegeneral managers information he was refused it and also refused the name of the nasty power drunk employee on the drive thruspeaker. Who acts like this?! I won?t be going back. After Covid, I can excuse a lot of things. But this KFC was pathetic. The chicken was old (as though it... had been stored under the warmers for too long) and was as dry as shoe leather, yet the skin was dripping with grease. The gravyfor the potatoes was put in the bag UPSIDE DOWN and soaked through the bag. The tastiest item was the biscuits, we threw therest of it out. A waste of nearly $40. Read more
Worst KFC I've been too. Ordered the Feeds 2 meal and right there it says crispy original or mix and I asked for mix and was... told they can't mix it because it's a limited item.....I stated that the menu says and as I was still talking she interrupted meand said "don't argue with me" so I said Crispy but got original. I didn't receive my sides at almost 5$ a piece. Poor poorservice. Won't go back to this one EVER Read more
The staff is horrible at this location but Alessandra was incredibly rude and sketchy. They'll park you for 20 minutes if you go... through drive-thru through just to get your order wrong and miss multiple items from the order, then they'll act like it's yourfault you didn't receive items you paid for. They even tried double charging me for items I already paid for that should havebeen included in my combo. Before Alessandra was done as rude and unhelpful as possible another employee stepped in to remedythe situation but proceeded to play dumb when I asked for the store managers contact information and the store number. Bigmistake because I won't be letting this go and you will be hearing from corporate about this expirence. Read more
