The food was delicious and plentiful. I has a red curry with vegetables and tofu. The servings were very generous to the point I... took what was left and hD it for lunch the next day. I would have like a Thai beer but the establishment serves no alcohol. Read more

The portions are large, prices reasonable, and food is delicious. I loved the hot and sour soup and the roasted duck had... delicious crispy skin. Everything was great. Also loved the Thai iced tea. Will say it took quite a while for the food to comeout, even just the iced tea, so if you’re in hurry or looking for a quick lunch I would avoid dining in and try take outinstead. Read more

Food is decent, if overpriced. Be warned: real prices are actually $3-4 more for each dish than the menu posted online on the... official website (aka fraud). Read more

Just tried it out today. For Tucson, I would say it’s probably one of the better Thai spots. You want spicy? They’ll give it... to you. However, they are lacking in speed, service and taste. Just a heads up, they either turn off their phone or just ignorecalls. We tried to call and it kept going to voicemail. We had to drive here and order in person. Not a single personacknowledged us and they were moving very slowly. The girl (that wasn’t Thai) who took our order tonight was veryunenthusiastic and I didn’t like her demeanor. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. She cut me off as I was orderingto talk to another customer who was asking for something. When you are attending to a customer, you focus on them. It’s sorude. The other customer can wait. No apology either. Asked her about the phone and she said “we have one but it justdoesn’t stop ringing”. So you just don’t like to answer, got it. We had to wait 1.5 hours for the food but the restaurantitself was not busy. Apparently takeout was though or who knows. Onto the food. First off, we ordered 3 dishes and got 2 rices.Papaya salad was disgustingly dry. Spicy which was great. No flavor and too much sugar. Me and my entire family can make papayasalad 5x better than this. Pad Krapow was the best thing we ordered. But on the sweeter side as well but at least normal sized. My sister ordered something with duck and they skimped on the duck. Flavor was okay. More veggies and sauce than meat. Notawful. We got the fish curry and it had too much sauce, not enough veggies and 3 tiny measly pieces of fish. These people areextremely cheap if you’re not ordering chicken so beware of that. Best Thai place in Tucson? Maybe, for some of you but it’smediocre at best in my eyes. Read more

I haven't had much Thai food in Tucson, but of the three I've tried Karuna's has the best hands down! Their pad thai seasoning... can sometimes vary, but the medium is great and let's you know the spice is there! They were closed for a while but they're openagain and our house is excited! Read more
