Went on a Monday night. The place was half full and newly renovated/upgraded. We loved it. Ordered some steamed pork dumplings... and vegetable egg rolls, Chicken Broccoli, Pepper Beef, and Spicy Chicken Stew. 5 stars all around. Just keep in mind the spicystew has peppers in it that cause a sort of numbing (tingling) feeling in your mouth. The stew also came in an extra large bowl.I can eat a lot but it was too much for me. Our entree portions were large enough to be shared by at least two people. I highlyrecommend this place. We will be back soon. Read more

Update 12AUG2022: Dined in, Broccoli Beef and General Tso chicken - wonderful. Egg drop soup was 'SPOT ON' today. Fanny took... great care of us and as with my first visit - everything is super clean, staff is smiling (Fanny took great care of us), food istasty, and price is more than fair. Looking forward to when it is a little cooler, and the patio is set up - believe this willbe a great little place for frequent dinners. Thank you, Jun Dynasty! Been in the area for 10 months, and first time tryingthis little gem around the corner. To start, the place was immaculate – overhead ceiling panels, floor, seating – ultraclean. Ordered the sesame chicken and the cashew chicken, of note they were out of all beef that day hence the two chickenplates. Cooked perfectly, tasty, it was nice having a breaded entrée and a sauteed plate. White rice on both not overlysticky, fluffy, and again – excellent preparation. Egg rolls decent, egg drop soup was ok – needed more chicken base orsalt, flavor just fell a little flat for this author. Still going with a ‘5’, as the soup was a small part of the meal, both in volume and complexity when compared to the overall meal. A glass of Sauvignon Blanc and a Tsingtao – complimented themeal nicely. Not certain if they offer Saki – but I will be certain to inquire during my next visit…when I order that beefdish. I realize Saki is culturally ‘Japanese’, but according to Google, “It is believed that sake was first brewed inChina 4,000 years ago.” PSA “Now you know”. Who remembers that from the 80s. Special tip of the hat to Hua, greatservice, friendly and genuine – looking forward to our return! Xièxiè n? Read more

Love this place! We regret not trying this place sooner, because the lunch specials are an amazing deal for fantastic food! The... sesame chicken comes with your choice of rice, choice of soup, and an egg roll for only $10! Definitely recommend trying theChinese buns and fried pork dumplings too — absolutely amazing! How I had not found this place earlier! The service was very prompt and food was cooked and delivered in just the right amount... of time. The Hot and Sour soup was one of the best I have ever had. The food was very flavor full and did not have a greaseflavor or appearance. The table of 10 people were very satisfied with all dishes and we are coming back for sure! Read more

I tried Jun Dynasty for lunch at the recommendation of some friends. I was delighted with Shrimp and mixed vegetables lunch... special with soup, fried rice and spring roll. The mixture of veggies was impressive consisting of zucchini, onion, carrot, green and red pepper, baby bock Choi, celery, garlic, wood ear fungus (something I had never eaten before), broccoli. There wereplenty of good sized shrimp. The service was appropriately attentive. I'll be back to try some other menu items. Read more

Another special day for my wife & i. We decided on Jun Dynasty Chinese Restaurant based on Google Maps rating of 4.5. This was... our 1st visit to Jun Dynasty. It was located in Sunstate Plaza. Once we walked in, we were greeted with a happy smiling Asianwaitress at the entrance. She guided us to our table. She was funny, polite and made us feel welcomed. My wife ordered OrangeChicken w/ White Rice and for me, my favorite, Shrimp Fried Rice with Chicken Egg Rolls. After a few minutes the waitressbrought our dinner. We both love the great tasting food. Her Orange Chicken pieces were cut into smaller, bite size chicken. Unlike other Chinese restaurants, that have large chicken pieces. My Shrimp Friend Rice was made with; eggs, carrots, peas andsmall cut chives. It was seasoned just right no need to add soy sauce. Besides there was no soy sauce at the tables. Werecently moved to Tucson and we are loving new places to try until we find our perfect dining restaurants to visit. We willdefinitely recommend to our friends and family when they come to Tucson. Good job Jun Dynasty, don't substitute anyingredients. Read more

BEST CHINESE FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD! It truly was amazing the serving sizes are huge so be prepared! But if you can't eat it all... they have perfect containers to pack it up! An order of pork, beef or chicken with a side of white rice and you can order friedrice separately or a choice of soup etc. I very much recommend anyone to give Jun Dynasty a shot! Food was worth every penny. :) Read more
