Reviews for Jimmy's New York Pizza in Tucson, AZ
We had this delivered on a Saturday night, and the delivery was fast. This was wonderful food. We ordered a X-large Cardiobaby... pizza, large Passyunk pizza, Cheesy garlic bread, and a regular Calzone. This is definitely worth all 5 Stars! Everythingabout this order was excellent. The employee taking my order was so polite and friendly. The food was top notch...theingredients tastes fresh, the crust is the perfect thickness and full of flavor. Take a look at the photos and see there is noshortage of toppings. Garlic cheese bread with marinara is a must try. We live in a condo complex with a difficulty to finddoor. The delivery driver found it with no issue, and he was very friendly. Don't hesitate and give this place a try! Read more

I had the fortune to try the food at Jimmy's on a recent Thursday evening. From the outside, the restaurant looks rather... non-descript, but you have to be careful because you could easily overlook a gem of a restaurant based on appearance alone. Theinside is small, but cozy. There is a small bar area next to where orders and pickups occur. The dining room is L-shaped and hassomewhat limited seating. As I said, it's cozy, warm, and has a New York vibe to it. The walls have old photos of NYC and Ifound the place quite comfortable. Now, for the food. I ordered two medium pizzas: the Southwest Heat and the Jersey Shore, along with an order of (free) garlic knots. The knots were rather large and came with marinara sauce. It's hard to screw upknots, but I wish these had a bit more garlic flavor to them. Both pizzas were quite good. The Southwest Heat has a very nicelevel of heat to it. The Jersey Shore pizza is a sauce-less seafood pizza and I think they did a rather good job with thatone. I will definitely dine here again. The staff were also friendly and helpful. So, overall, if you want an NYC pizza vibe inTucson, Jimmy's is a good place to visit. Gotta love those little culinary gems that you find! Read more
Best Italian food in Tucson! I had the eggplant parmesan. I don't know how they manage to keep the breading on the eggplant... slightly crispy under all the sauce and cheese, but it was absolutely perfect. My daughter had lasagna, which she said waswonderful, and her friend had a small pizza, which was just perfectly done. Our server Kenny made sure we had everything weneeded, without hovering. I highly recommend you visit. I'll be back soon. Read more
Lately, this has been a quick stop off for me. I walk there in 3 minutes. I've had their Calzones...big and delicious, but a... little over priced. I had the wings extra hot and wasn't satisfied with them but they were average. I had pizza there like 4times and I have to say it was way above average for Tucson. I posted a few images from the bar area and I promised Kenny tofix his red-eye, but couldn't deliver...the woman is Jordan, she is very sweet and caring. Enjoy you stay with them... you'llbe happy especially if you eat their pizza there. Read more
Really delicious pizza, garlic knots, and salads, reasonable prices. To be honest, the salads here are some the best I've ever... had eating out in this city, the dressing is sublime and they're great for sharing with others. Atmosphere is nice and cozy too,not too bright. The strombolies are amazing too, a great spot to hit for lunch because of this! Honestly, can't recommend thisplace enough, everybody should stop in and try it. Read more
The price for a slice is unbeatable. I had a slice of pepperoni, I really enjoyed the sauce, which was my favorite part. But I... don't think that I would call it New York pizza. Overall not bad but not the best, 6.7. Read more
This place is always amazing! Great staff, great food, a bit pricey but more than worth it in the end.
