Mediocre food at ok price. Ingredients aren't great, bread is ultra processed. All in all there are better places to get a sub.

I've tried to get lunch a few times now and they are closed at 1:50. Why have a place open for just a few hours a day.

The staff were exceptional helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the sandwichs were all mixed up. Had walked to get lunch for 4.... Which they didn't have a means for me to carry the order back, but they put in a box. So I had to balance the 4 drinks for a 4block walk. Read more

I have walked by Jimmy John?s on Congress a dozens of times over the past and each time I keep telling myself that I need to... give it a try. People I know keep raving about it so I finally decided to walk in and order a sub. I liked that I was greeted bythe staff as soon as I walked in. ?????? I know that the service industry isn?t all that easy so it?s nice to see some happyfriendly staff. The friendly cashier recommended I try sub number 12 which I think has turkey and avocado in it. This Jimmy John's is one reason the "freaky fast" slogan holds true. A relatively busy location during lunch in downtown Tucson.... Staff is super friendly and for a regular like me they know my name and, being a creature of habit, they know my order. I alwaysfeel welcome at this location. Dare I say even a sense of community.
