Ordered a gaint cubano.. $18 sandwich, it was missing 2 of it 5 ingredients. But adding the missing ingredients wasnt going to... make it a $18 sandwich. It was sorry looking. Just wanted my money back. Brought the sandwich and receipt in for a refund, theysaid no. They could remake the sandwich but no refund. Really sorry i chose to throw away my money away here. Order from here ALL THE TIME. today all I had was a $50 bill but ordered $25 of food. With a $5 tip that would have made my... order $30. They would have had to bring me $20 in change. Was told they cannot do this.... If Jimmy Johns wants to turn away avery loyal customer and their money I guess I can find another sandwich joint... There are better for sure, but not asconvenient... I made an order through Doordash and a... young lady (Michelle?) from the restaurant called me and informed me that they were backed up and it might take a bit longer.The delivery person, Taylor, also called and updated me en route. You must be wondering why one star? First of all I'm not rating down the food as their sandwiches are always good. I'm rating... it down due to a false promotion. As seen on the card that it entitled me to a free sub (no restrictions except for nodelivery). I usually come to this location and order the Gargantuan each time that's $10 a pop each time. I presented the cardto the staff at the drive thru window and she said the card doesn't work on the Gargantuan. I told her well it doesn't have anexclusions listed on the card. She was like oh, you're right. Long story short, they ended up charging me for the "extra meat"which was $3-$4. Blatant false advertisement on their part. I could care less about the money spent, but they should ofclearly labeled restrictions on the card. This is what lawsuits are made of in today's silly world. Will I come back? Went to Jimmy John's on Grant road on Tuesday of this week . I ordered a 8-in sandwich I think it was and my friend ordered a 6... in she ordered a BLT couldn't believe what they gave us she got two thin slices of bacon on hers they didn't put much of anylettuce she asked for extra tomatoes didn't get mine was ridiculous too I paid over $27 for two sandwiches on the meal deal whata rip off they need to pay more attention to their job and put more on a sandwich I know inflation is what it is and they'reovercharging for what they give you I will never go back to that place or any Jimmy John.
