Jimmy John's makes an excellent roast beef sandwich. Fresh lettuce,tomatoes,tasty mayonnaise and very tender, flavorful beef.... They weren't stingy with it either. The price was right, 2 8 inch sandwiches delivered for 20 dollars. The delivery man waspunctual and very friendly and COVID safe with a mask. Only giving 3 stars because the sandwich was actually very good, customer service was ZERO stars, dude at the register barely... spoke to me was not friendly, picked up my sandwich from the girl with the green/purple hair asked for a bag I don?t even thinkshe talks said absolutely nothing to me?. I ordered a sandwich and it was delivered to me incorrectly. I called them to let them know I was upset with it, told them I... didn?t need a refund or new sandwich. I left it there and shortly there after an employee (maybe the manager) drove back overand gave me back cash refund, and a couple cookies. Was quite shocked at the price 2 combos 2 turkey toms regular size 2 chips and drinks Almost $30.00! Found out when picked up,... could have gotten extra anything. ( like everything is a set price to make it easier on employees ) but the public is paying forit! Used to go in KS and Tucson. It?s a shame it?s come to this. Read more
I recently ordered delivery from the La Cholla store. The food was good and fast like always. Unfortunately I ordered a large... soda and it couldn't have had more than 8 ounces of soda. I wasn't half way done with my meal and I was out of soda. I did writeto them explaining that I wasn't happy and got zero response. I guess if I want JJ again I'm going to have to get it myself. The subs are great and taste awesome however, the location closest to my house routinely forgets items such as drinks, chips and... cookies when we order for delivery. I've tried getting the delivery persons attention before they leave but they seem toliterally run away after knocking to avoid talking to the customer. Then I have to call the store and request the forgottenitems and wait another 40 minutes for them to be brought back out. Paying a little more attention to what is on the receiptwould solve this issue. Disappointing... Read more
