I use to love Jimmy John's Sandwiches but the last 2 times I went to the Tanque Verde location they have put less and less meet... on the sub. I ordered the #5 and that comes with 2 different Italian meets and they ony put one on. An my husband sandwich wasdry when I asked for the works. I went into your store 3 days ago and asked to have a sandwich made. I ask if anybody knew how to make a Frenchy. A young man... said yes he knew how except they did not have butter I said that is fine put mayonnaise. I enjoyed the sandwich I went back intoday And the young man was not there I asked the young lady that was in charge if she could make me thit makes me the samething he did, She was so rude and condescending tell me me that they no longer made that sandwich sandwich and they were notallowed to make that sandwich. I said fine just make me something similar she said no she could not. And would not even give mea reasonable explanation why. I am sorry to say that I will never patronize your establishment again.
