Ordered my normal sandwich, and discovered there is no capicola on it?? When I asked why I was told there out of capicola, so... they just double the other meat??? No sign up at register nobody bothered tell me... Absolutely terrible, when I asked about itI was told they doubled the salami...like if I wanted a pound of salami I would have just went to grocery store .. So if youdecide to go to Jimmy John's make sure you ask if they have everything that goes on your order before you up pay, or you'llprobably get ripped off too. Read more
Just ordered an unwitch and it is phenomenal it's loaded with all the good stuff of the Italian
Unfortunately, one of the worst Jimmy John experiences I?ve had. Extremely slow to both take the order and make the food, and I... can?t blame it entirely on the single staff member - it seemed as though she was clearly very new and entirely alone. The foodtook about 20 minutes to get and was a very dry and stale sandwich. Definitely not worth the money and very unfortunate from anotherwise reliable chain. Read more
Great subs and fast friendly service. I needed to feed a small group so I ordered ahead via phone and it worked out like a... dream. I gave them. 10 minute head start and when I walked in, I just paid, and they handed me a box with all my food anddrinks! Easy beazy. VictorB Read more
Good ol? Jimmy John?s! I ordered online and my husband went to pick it up right away. They drew a happy birthday message on my... sandwich wrapper and an adorable little picture! It was sweet and thoughtful (also was probably a slow afternoon!) The sandwichwas also great, I added ham and pickles and other extras and it was just how I wanted it. Stopped in to grab a quick sandwich for my son, who is a foodie and a bit snobby about what he likes and he enjoyed his food,... and the lady working was so incredibly nice and helpful. I went to the location near Tucson mall on Oracle & Westmore. Decentmenu options, extra toppings to choose from that they dont charge for which is rare nowadays. Read more
I ordered food while at work, it took them almost ten minutes just to make one simple sandwich. Then delivery took almost 20... when the store is only 5 minutes away from my work. So much for ?freaky fast?! On top of that, I asked for light ice andapparently that means they will short you on the soda to make up for it, so might as well just order it normally. I paid for the?favorite? which is supposed to have more meat...if what I got is double meat that is just sad. I?m never buying from any JJsever again. Read more
