I came in seeking a good samy (short hand for sandwich), but I ended up having a life changing experience. I was greeted with... the kindness, something others do not frequently... being that i am grotesquely over weight. But I as approached to fulfill mysamy needs, joy was upon all the staff as they filled my order in a quick but gentle fashion. My mind was no longer inside a"Jerssy Mike's on Grant road" it was in a it's domain of its own. I was a Queen watching her loyal subject whip together a meetand bread cocophony, pure harmony. They layed it on counter, I payed, and was off on my marvelous adventure filled with a newsense of verge. Although that was not all, for as I left I heard a voice from behind the counter say "Enjoy your meal and have awonderful day!", my eyes watery, my voice craking with joy; I was only able to tip my fadora and say "you too...". I ordered a turkey sandwich. It had very little meat. What turkey it did have was sliced thin as paper and didn't cover all the... bread.. No cheese! The only condiment was a thin layer of mayo that didn't cover all the bread. Tasteless! Waste of $17.00. Read more
No denying the sandwiches are good! However, the service was horrible from the moment we walked in. Girl on the slicer had a mad... look on her face and was rude when asking us what we wanted. Girl on the veggies also had no personality whatsoever and seemedvery annoyed when we asked for toppings. Overall not an inviting staff. Customer service is everything. We need better. Read more

I ordered a Big Kahuna cheese steak last night. The order was very specific but simple. Upon my arrival, my sandwich wasn't... ready as stated, but I'm glad it wasn't because as it was being prepared the server proceeded to put raw onions on it and theorder said grilled, I had to ask him to grill them, the order said no red or green peppers, it had both, the order asked forjalapenos, and when he handed me my sandwich I asked does it have jalapenos on it he replied yes, which was a lie. So myquestion is does your employees know the difference in jalapenos and green peppers. Needless to say, the only thing done righton my sandwich was extra meat, everything else not so much and after spending $23 on a sandwich that I still have half of I'mnot happy with Tucson Jersey Mikes. I love Jersey Mike's and visit many locations and this one is just terrible. Ive never had my order messed up more times. The... reason I wrote this review is because I saw the gentleman write down my order yet it was still incorrect. I was the onlycustomer in the store. Amazing service and great food! I?ve never ate it here before and the only reason I ate here was because it was close to work... and wanted to try something different. I?m glad I stopped here. I got the Club Sub and got Mikes Way. BEST sandwich I?ve everhad. It was made fresh and tasted great! Only thing I?ll take off next time is onions.
