Not 24 hours, this place usually screws up my order but It's one of the few places that claim to be 24 hours. Employee was there... and refused to take any orders but would not say why. I work night shift, I just wanted a quick meal very disappointed. Read more

Came to this location on an app order. All door were locked. Went through the drive through window everything was good until I... was handed my food did ask if we needed anything else. As I drove around the front I remembered taco sauce. I walked up to thewindow to see if I could get some all 4 members of the staff did not even Acknowledge me and lobby hours were til 12 no signageto say lobby closed as a general manager my self my staff is to acknowledge anyone with in 15 seconds. I love this location...and I love their food. But if you have never tried their cheesecake before...its a must! And I wanna say... thank you to this store for selling me 48 cheesecakes so my daughters party ???? could be a hit! And everyone loved it! Read more

Taking my order was very quick and the drive thru employee was very professional. Where the service REALLY LACKED was the... checking to make sure that the order was correct before handing it to the customer. I live 30 minutes from my nearest locationand when I got home, I realized that to of the main items from my order were missing. Upon returning to the location, I noticedthat the dining area was locked. Not sure if that's per the current times. I was able to make eye contact with one of theemployees who I know noticed me but then pretended like she didn't see me and then let me stand outside the front door for 10minutes. Then the employee who came to assist me came to the door with the worst attitude and then when I let her know whathappened, she slammed the dining room door. She went to the back where she got my missing items and then brought them to thefront and pretty much threw them at me. But besides that the service was FANTASTIC!!! PLEASE RE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES! I WORK INCUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WOULD NEVER TREAT ANYONE LIKE THAT. Read more

I am seriously done ordering from this Jack in the box location! The forced upsell to a premium drink for a kids meal was... inexcusable because it comes with a soft drink but the app doesn't offer it as a choice! The buttery burger was gross and whitelettuce core pieces unacceptable as the swiss cheese was still rigid and unmelted! I wont be eating here again! Read more
