Absolutely terrible, never take your order. Went through the drive through at 2:30 and were completely ignored. Girl on table in... lobby with her head down! 2:30 am 08/12/22! This place needs to be shut down. Read more
Poor speed of service! Waited in drive through as was asked to wait. Waited a while. Ordered 4 orders of 2 tacos. Paid and was... asked to pull out of drive through. I should have said no. Waited in the parking lot a while but saw others leave with theirorders. Went inside and was asked if I needed help. Umm, no i am still waiting for my 8 tacos from the drive through. Only rating two stars because the food is good here. I do get service during the day here. If I decide to go here at night time... it's either, "We are not taking any orders right now." "Our system is down." " We are only taking mobile orders. " What's thepoint of even having workers there? Sometimes I've opted to go to a further location that is open to get some service. LuckilyI'll be moving away and this won't be the location that is my first option. Read more
I love Subway, but with that said, the ladies working here as well as the owner, are some of the nicest people I've met in all... the Subways I've visited all over the world, they have never rushed me and my guest that I meet twice a month for lunch and tofellowship with, I can't say that everything they sell is great because I have never gotten anything except the SPICY ITALIANBMT, but I've never heard a complaint from a customer in the four years I've been eating there, I definitely give them 5 starsin all categories of service and food quality Read more
The drive thru line was the longest I've seen at any Jack in the Box, ever! My order was really messed up and it's my fault for... not checking, I just wanted to leave asap. She doubled everything I ordered, meaning 2 of everything. Wow! So much food for oneperson. Read more
The mobile app didn't send my order. They made it pain free and got me in and out with not problems.
Are you kidding me? I got the buttery jack with no bun. One would think you would get the lettuce, tomato mayo etc etc. But no I... got a beef patty The thickness of a quarter. Cheese and bacon.
