I have had my up and downs with this jack in the box but after the day I had they gave my 5 star service and food being cooked... good and actually having grape powerade for that spicy chicken combo and curly fries sub, stay up all! Read more

Poor speed of service! Waited in drive through as was asked to wait. Waited a while. Ordered 4 orders of 2 tacos. Paid and was... asked to pull out of drive through. I should have said no. Waited in the parking lot a while but saw others leave with theirorders. Went inside and was asked if I needed help. Umm, no i am still waiting for my 8 tacos from the drive through. Only rating two stars because the food is good here. I do get service during the day here. If I decide to go here at night time... it's either, "We are not taking any orders right now." "Our system is down." " We are only taking mobile orders. " What's thepoint of even having workers there? Sometimes I've opted to go to a further location that is open to get some service.
