This jack in the box is right by my house and be aware of the whole parking lot is fullll of junkies and homeless people... drinking and doing Dope right in front of you so don't get out of your car or you won't survive or you will get robbed and thepolice don't do nothing about it that's why Tucson is going down hill this is sad because it is everywhere!!!!!! When patronizing this store l found the staff to be very pleasant and extremely courteous. I found my food to be excellent, not... only meeting, but exceeding my expectations. This area of town has sadly spiraled into a homeless camp cesspool. I waspanhandled on my way in, again in the dining room and repeatedly again as l left the property. While the "unshelteredpopulation" that seems to gravitate to this location isn't this establishments problem, this should be a contributing factor inyour decision to expose yourself to severe aggressive panhandling when choosing to do business with this store. Sadly eatinghere proved to be a un-nerving and creepy experience were l felt molested by swarms of unsheltered aggressive panhandlers. Whilemy safety was never in question, l won't be returning to this store in the future out of safety concerns. Read more
New manager Shannon has changed this place around. No longer have to wait 10+ min for a drive thru order and the best part she... is able to have the ?chef? make my mini tacos the way I like em which is an old menu item, but still is able to accommodate myorder! They need to close this location down already. Expect a 20 minute wait in the drive thru. (Even if you are the only car) The... area is getting so bad now. There's a crack head camp next to the drive thru so during that 20 minutes it's super sketch.Especially at night. The area is rough Read more
The area was littered with trash. I did a mobile order and when I arrived there were employees sitting outside the rear door on... crates. I motioned to them I would see them at the drive thru window. I waited 15 minutes and nobody ever came to window. I didnot see anyone inside at all. I just left. I had already paid through the mobile app. When I tried to call the restaurant tohave them cancell my order and return my money, there was no answer. Horrible experience. Read more
My '94 was getting glass and I could only sit around Cope so long before I noticed I was hungry. Went to JintheB and got... excellent service. My eye's were happy seeing Crystal. Service was awesome and I felt at ease in here. I was treated well and mybacon cheeseburger, fries and diet Coke was awesome. Thanks crew! Read more
The people that are crowded around this business is a problem. People feel unsafe stopping in through drive through and... management should contact police for assistance in making the environment safer for employees and customers as well. Read more
