Placed a mobile order at your 3326 W Grant Rd, Tucson, AZ 85716 location and the system accepted the order. This location claims... to be open 24 hours. Then when I got there they said they were closed, even though it's a 24 hour location. I said ok fine thengive me my money back, and they said sorry they can't because the drawer is closed. I'm sorry what? Then open it back up! A 24hour store should be doing business 24 hours. The person said they couldn't do anything for me so I left extremely angry. Fastforward the next following days I've been calling this location to see if they can now make my food and THEY NEVER ANSWER THEPHONE. I just went in person and they again said that they couldn't make my food because no manager was present. I asked for thenumber to the manager and they lied and gave me the number to their store that I've already called like 20 times. This locationneeds to get their act together and I will be sending this to corporate as well. Will be posting on Google reviews as well. Ifyou can remedy this situation I will update my review. I received some coupons for Jack in the Box, so decided to try it. I didn't realize that Jack in the Box got so expensive! The... Buttery Jack burger tasted good, looks appetizing, too but I don't think it's worth $5.19. I didn't like the French fries atall, definitely overpriced at $2.59 for small size. The restaurant itself is just as clean (or dirty) as the average fast foodplace, the service mediocre, no better or worse than most places in town. All in all, it's okay but in my opinion not worth theprices. Read more
