Jack n the box has these loaded tiny tacos that are just addicting! Pair with an Oreo shake and let me tell you... The young man... at the counter was actually pleasant and seemed to enjoy his job. Which is not something you see anymore. So he missed our friesI can't really say that I blame him because we were having commitment issues as to what we wanted LOL. I had the best experience, because the tall guy in the back with tattoos on his face, I think his name was Nat, or Nathan,... anyways he really came to my rescue when I needed help ordering food for a large number of hungry 8-10 year old boys, we hadjust finished our first soccer win of the season and these buys were hungry, that guy Nathan was like " no problem, I used toplay soccer too,when I was your ages" and the person taking our order thought Nathan wouldn't want to make that many burgersfries, and drinks . But he was as cool as a cucumber and the girl taking our order eventually relaxed and everything wasok....thank you for having such awesome people working at your store, and the tattoos were a little intimidating at first, butthat just goes to show, looks can be deceiving and not to judge a book by its cover!!! They gave me a taco with practically nothing in it! I was so disappointed, cause I always order the tacos there. There was just... no inspiration or quality in this establishment. It was so obvious someone didn't care about what kind of food they were sendingout. Pretty sad that all these business have lost the thrive to deliver good, hot, quality food. I have mixed feelings about this location. It might just be the worst one around. I came here in November during broad daylight... and the staff had locked the doors and refused to let anyone in, even though there were other people dining in. I was hereearlier this year and used the drive thru lane and they told me they were closed even though it was early. Something is almostalways broken or down. But I was just recently there and was surprised that the staff actually let us in and were friendly, andthe restaurant and bathroom were very clean and maintained. The problem was the food. The cheese tasted old, the Coke was green(GREEN!!!), and the Girlscout milkshake was very bland and white, when it should have been caramel brown. The only thing thattasted excellent were the fries! The service was horrible, food was cold, took over 10 minutes to even take our order at the drive thru. My husband ordered his... burger with a extra patty and they put a regular patty and added a kids patty for the extra patty. When we got home we calledthey said the were closed and that apparently they had no manager to speak with, told us to call in the morning to speak withmanager. I would not waste your time or money at this Jack In The Box location. Go somewhere else with better service and food. Read more
Hands down worst fast food experience I've ever had We arrived around 10:40 and was the 2nd car in drive thru. It took over... 20min for us to be able to place and order (3 meals). Got our order and realized as pulling off we were missing a sandwich.Signs said dining room was open until 12, store 24hrs. We pulled into a spot and went to run in and the door was locked. We gotback in the drive thru, again 2nd car, and we didn't even get to the window u til 11:40. The guy asked us to pull around andthey would bring it out. At 11:50 we decided to get back in the drive thru line. As we pulled up we were told they were nolonger taking orders and we told him who.we.were and he said pull around. He gave us the sandwich and we left. Over an hr afterwe first got there. Atop that, the food was cold, fries stale, and the sandwiches bread was rubbery. It all tasted old and wasdisappointing. When I pulled up there were two other cars ahead of me and we waited for 15 minutes before someone took the car ahead order. The... line was not busy so I'm not sure what the hold up was. I waited a whole other 10 minutes to be able to have my order taken.Then waited 20 minutes before I actually got my food. There was some issue going on about workers coming late and all theworkers that were there would be leaving at 10 so there was intense going on, one of them was on her food and mind you by thetime I was able to get my order taken the line had grew so by the time I got up to the pick up window there were at least 6 carsbehind me. So after the 40 minutes I waited my order isn't even right. I asked for two tacos with extra cheese, I got one withnothing at all in it and the other without the extra cheese and for the wait I was at least hoping my food would be fresh freshand it wasn't wasn't. Quick dinner on a Tuesday night. Food was great, hot, good value and fresh. We dined in, ambiance, restrooms and cleanliness... were great. The service was lacking, one girl working hard doing a great job and three or four guys hiding in the back onlycoming out to help here and there. Obviously lacking the manager leadership on duty.
