I had an experience so bad, that I had to write a review because I remembered how bad the experience was at this Jack in the Box... location. Visited on Saturday, October 1st, at 11PM after my daugher's softball game. We decided to stop here because it was onthe way to our house. Well, the bad experience started with the wait. We waited in line on the drive through for a very long.Might have been 30 minutes, but it seemed longer than that. When we finally arrived at the window, the employee did not attendto us right away, had to wait another few minutes. The windows were blocked with paper or cardboard, which I found it to be odd(why try to cover up the window like if you are hiding something?). Anyway, we finally got our food and drove off. We weretired and hungry so we went all out and got all the munchies we could get (mini tacos, jalapeño poppers, regular tacos, friesand Ultimate Bacon Burgers). we couldnt wait to get home so we started munching during our drive. Well, long story short we hadto toss the food away. My Wife almost threw up. The poppers, tacos, mini tacos, the bacon in the burger, the fries, all of ittasted like if it was cooked the day before and reheated in a microwave. It was disgusting! We were halfway home and we weretired so we decided we would deal with it the next day or so. Well we forgot and now I remembered, so here we are. It seemslike Jack in the Box in general has been going downhill for a while now. Poppers and burgers are smaller, but prices areincreasing. Quality is definitely going down with Jack in the Box. I would still stop by at some locations that are out of town,but not here in Tucson. So sad because this used to be my favorite go-to for midnight snacking or for a quick meal. So specifically, this particular restaurant is staffed with a bunch of young kids, who aren't very skilled at the art of... customer service. And there have been often times that my order comes out tasting like it's been sitting there for a long time.I understand how difficult it is to even find people who will show up to work anymore, let alone have integrity and a littlepride in what they do, but I think perhaps strict guidelines on the time for has to go out the window after it's been cookedmight help the quality control issue. I usually try to order what I perceive to be the lesser popular menu items in hopes theydon't have it sitting under a light in the back already. Read more

Chicken nuggets were over cooked,very dried out, threw away,could not eat,hard. #3 sour dough burger was good. Curly frys mixed... with regular fries! Not good. Read more

Every weekend I'm told the same thing the system is down and it's going to take 40 minutes.... I love close by so y figured Al... come back I waited 2 hours... I was told at 330 am came back at 545 am and was told the same thing.... System is down 40minutes. I really hope someone with authority reads this and does something about it Read more
