Ordered a variety pack and an ice cream sandwich custom. The cookies came soggy and all stuck to one another. The only one... cooked through was the chocolate chip. The sugar cookie I literally rolled into a ball of dough. The ice cream cookie sandwichon the other hand i will never know since it never arrived and I will not be going again. This is a small location downtown so parking is limited unless you park in the garage. The service was fine, the staff are... friendly, the prices are obviously expensive, but the cookies and brownies are decent. On a maybe unrelated note, my creditcard got hacked the same night I used it to pay here (I hadn't used it in two days). Probably not related but worth noting. Read more
I used to love their cookies. Being gluten free, finding a good cookie is rare. The past 2 times I went in I was told they... didn?t have gluten free cookies anymore, yet they are still on the menu. If menu items have changed, please remove them socustomers with dietary restrictions aren?t disappointed. Read more
Don't use their online service. Firstly delivery was a ridiculous $8 for standard 2-3 day delivery of a "happy birthday box of... cookies". Secondly the product never arrived. I contacted the team who said "the order was made but UPS didn't sign for it ordidn't pick it up, we will contact the bakery for more information". I didn't get a further reply nor did the cookies turn up. Imade a further inquiry saying I'd like a refund - they did give me a full refund, and a small gift voucher, but why would use acompany again who can't fulfill orders? Sounds like to me the bakery never actually did the order - they just took my money andtried to run. An email to the company threatening legal action was enough of them to give my money back, which obviously meansthey know they hadn't provided the service I paid for. Read more
We came here a little after midnight. Door was unlocked and neon open sign was lit. I walked in and a female employee cheerfully... announced they were closed. I told her Google says they close at 1 am and her response was to laugh and say there was nothingthey could do about that. I didn't think to snap a picture of the storefront until we started driving away. She must have turnedthe open sign off as soon as I left because 3 minutes later when I drove back around to take a picture, it was no longer lit.
