The burger patty was about half the thickness of a McDonalds. Then they try to way over compensate with condiments on the... burger. So what you get is a big mess with very little burger. Their fries are no fresh at all and tasted like salted cardboard.Personally for the money it is not worth it. It is not by any means worth $7.00. we are talking a very basic burger, fries and adrink meal, it was a big disappointment. Staff is not trained properly in drive thru allowing people to cut after waiting in line for 20 minutes, manager came out and... offered shakes could have paid for meal after being cut off and allowing for confrontations in drive thru between guests. OtherIN and outs and more organized in drive thru to avoid this issue. Read more

10/10 on everything!! We got double double burgers animal style and root beer floats and animal style fries. All were amazing.... And the staff were all very nice and understanding that it was our first time there. Read more
Standard In-N-Out experience. Very good food, long line but the workers are fast. Good customer service is highly recommended.... Make sure you ask for extra toasted buns and a side of chilies. Read more
Had a great experience customer service is usually on point as well . Hamburger was properly cooked and all ingredients... definitely on point just sucked that my fried were freezing cold when I got them . It was so busy I wish I was able to get myorder remade . Definitely good basic burgers and shakes. This is my first time eating at one of these places and it was good. Not great but... good. I don?t think it stands out in the world of burgers enough to really make it a regular place for me. We had two #1 comboswith vanilla shakes. The burger was cooked well and tasted very good. I?ve been coming to this location since I moved to Tucson two years ago and these 5 stars are long overdue. Even though I can... tell the staff is constantly changing, this place has always delivered a consistent and satisfying meal. I don?t mod my burgerquite like some of the crazies I?ve seen, but I do ask for three changes to their traditional hamburger and they?ve never gottenit wrong.
