Well they seated us and then nothing. We sit waiting for even a cup of coffee. The place was not crowded. Even if you are short... on waitresses just let us know. We are normally real patient. But thats ok we left and drove right over to the waffle house.Which was really busy and was tended to when we hit the door. ???????? Read more
I come here all the time and spend a pretty penny to enjoy time with my family. We always spend nothing under $150. Today my... father and I went to have breakfast there. Jackie was our server. She was nothing but horrible. The customer service was farfrom good. Even down to the manager that was on the floor with her. She took care of the other 2 tables that surrounded us withno problem. It took Marcos to come and take over and finish serving us because she clearly neglected us. It really sucks toexperience such horrible horrible customer service. I?m a firm believer in tipping my server because I?m in the tippingindustry. I would advise any and everyone to Just leave if you get her as your server. The food was prepared as it should've been. The Philly cheese steak was too dry. My tritip and scrambled eggs were cooked... nicely. Eggs were nice and fluffy. His side salad was iceberg lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Mine was just tomatoes andlettuce. The male waiter said I'll be with you in a second and proceeded to seat us, like this is his #1 phrase. He sat us tookour drunks and orders. We had an order to eat there and one to go. It took well over 30 minutes to get our food. And then we hadto wait another 20 for our Togo order.. The place was moderately busy and there were two others there but they did not do muchout with the customers. The male waiter was running around trying to do everything at once and ended up forgetting things andhaving to go back to the kitchen for us and others. He sure knows how to look busy without getting much done. At one point Iheard him refuse help from one of the other staff and many times he made comments about how he's great at busy times. No sir,you are not. As someone who has worked in the food industry, there are more efficient ways to serve people. It's not all aboutyour personality. Ask for help, or delegate. set a seating chart, assign areas to waiters/waitresses. The guy made me thinkthat he wanted all the tips. I gave one lady cash for a tip with what was on the receipt for him. Hopefully it got split thatway. And I only tipped as low as I did because the service was so slow and confusing.
