Food was bad.... It was cold and it took 45min to get our food and it was not busy for it to take that long. I had to ask for a... refill and our waitress looked at me like I had asked for a free meal. The place was also a bit dirty and its looks like its notthat old of an establishment. It smelled like pee, I only stayed so as not to be a spoilsport, they took a while to give us the cutlery there were not many... people but the service was really bad, I only saw the girl when we arrived and left. The food was good, but they didn't feellike eating even though you could see people cleaning I don't know what happened it seemed like I was in a Denys instead of anIHOP. Read more

Horrible food. Overcooked chicken tenders made with old, unsifted breading that absorbed too much water. Over fried. Literally... scrapped salt off my fries and they were still extremely salty. Pancakes had a dirty burnt taste. Cooks clearly don't care aboutfood quality or customer service. Management was around but clearly didn't care for this as she was actively back in the kitchen while individuals went into the BoH out of uniform and left with bags of food. You could hear them all playing around in theback loudly. The only good factor was Brittany who was the only one actively and consistently helping guests, cleaning,seating, and running orders. She should find employment with a place that actually wants customer service and food quality togo with her great customer service. The management that was there last night needs to go. Often, I try to find well lit safe place I can get a snack and sit in my car and do some work safely. I love pancakes so I... thought why not! Well surprise, surprise I even knew the person in the car next to me when I parked! I was shocked but I havenot had a moment in Tucson when I wasn't so this definitely fit the mold. I just needed some aunt Jemima and a 3 stacker withextra butter, I love butter. Great food and wicked fun people! Read more
