I always tip. Tonight was the first time I didn't leave a tip. We were in the area and decided to come in for dinner. While... waiting for our meal, I could see straight back to the kitchen from where I was seating, and I saw that the food was placed bythe cook for the server to bring to table. I watched our server look at the food, then walked out of the kitchen and she went onto talk to her coworkers. I though maybe it wasn't our food, but no one else was there waiting. The place was almost empty, with three servers gathered all at the same time, I was really baffled. I second guessed myself and waited five more minutesuntil I got up and walked over to where the group was and asked if that was our food sitting there waiting. It was our dinnerthat had been sitting there for a while now. I was very upset, unbelievable that this happened when there were more employeesthan patrons. They offered to remake our food but that seemed wasteful and it was not the cook's fault that the food sat there.I'm not coming back. I wasn't going to write a bad review but people need to know when they're spending their hard earned moneywhat to expect. Read more

I had been wanting to go to IHOP. Not this one per se, but I was out one early Saturday morning and went anyway. I got the... breakfast sampler with one exception. Since they had grits I got that instead of eggs. I was sorely disappointed with thegrits. They were warm not hot and you can tell it was instant grits whomever fixed them didn't take the time to wipe the gritsdust off of the rim of the bowl. To me presentation is everything. I let the server know breakfast was good with the exceptionof the grits and she asked if she should fix me more. I told her no thank you. Read more

This is my turkey dinner entree from 11/12/22. Service was polite but slow and once our cold instant watery potatoes, old dry... turkey and microwaved Kraft Mac n cheese, my boyfriend and I left hungry. The food was so bad that I didn?t even bring theleftovers home to our dog. Our server offered to get the MGR but we were tired it was after midnight and we still had a longride home. It took around an hour to get the cold dry food. Cooks know when the food is gross. Servers can clearly see when thefood looks watery and shouldn?t be served. Read more

I want to take this opportunity to highlight the superstar assistant manager Ash! I have weekly breakfast on Sunday with my... fiance and his aunt and uncle. Ash is so pleasant and personable and has even made the effort to remember our names of thehundreds or thousands of customers that frequent this location. We're overall pretty basic with our order and rarely have anyissues. We've tried other breakfast establishments but the customer service we get from Ash keeps us coming back. I waspersonally impressed when I witnessed Ash in action coaching team members and hustling to help customers and clear tables. Irespect a manager that can lead by example and support the team by jumping in to do what needs to be done. Kudos to you Ash! Youdeserve all the praise for your hard work! Didn't like our waitress very slow made us wait for long periods of time for to ask what we wanted to drink brought me wrong... drink never checked on us to see if we were ok, all she did was talk to others in kitchen , asked for 2 boxes she got a cardfrom boss she went straight to kitchen started kinda yelling with excitement about her card so it took a bit to bring boxes forfood, so ya no tip walked around like unhappy to be there i was unhappy she was there as my food I ordered the Philly Sandwichnothing like what the menu said instead of Philly White Cheese I got plain American slice cheese hardly any of the onion tasteand ingredients it's suppose to have so I was disappointed my husband was disappointed with his Pepper Jack Steak Sandwich notenough condiments the picture looked better than what he got and as for the service he was very disappointed also, no matter ifthat waitress was just starting or not if she was acting like that already I feel for the future customers that come in thathave her as their waitress. Maybe your breakfasts are better than your other foods. Have to try that next time but Not At ThatLOCATION!! Although the manager there she had a awesome attitude we did witness her with customers. The food was good but service was slow. I originally placed the order online and was notified to hit "arrived" once at the... location. Unfortunately no one ever came out until I called to see about my order. One of the worked informed that the appdoesn't send the store a notification and to call next time. That's something they really should tell people and fix asap,instead of people waiting for nothing. Other than that they're cool. Read more

Our server was so sweet but holy cow, she was alone. She was hostess, server, and food runner with 15 tables to herself. Service... was painfully slow, and it 100% was not her fault. Didn't see any hiring signage so hope the manager isn't making them run thatunderstaffed all the time :( Read more

This place use to be amazing. But it fell off today. Got cold food and burnt French toast. Waiter kept forgetting everything.... Just disappointed. Great customer service and hospitality. Very clean and neat. But fell off. Read more
