Service and food (minus dirty silverware) was great. however the restrooms were disgusting
Our server was great. We had a meeting there and didn't order anything but drinks but she still came by to see how we were... doing, but with no pressure. Eventually I ordered food and because she was crazy nice and not pushy we gave her a great tip toshow our appreciation for taking up a table. Read more
I had high hopes when we got there but that plummeted fast. Menu has been whittled down compared to how it used to be. We didn't... even get the discussion menu. Apparently training in the back we were told. So food was edible but wasn't right. Eggs overcooked, eggs undercooked toast not really toasted hash browns not done to order. Waitress was a pleasure for a minute, thenbecame scattered once more people showed up. Kept forgetting us and things. Wrong jelly, no syrup pancakes didn't show up untilmeal almost eaten. Asked for another carafe of coffee as we weren't ready to leave, she brought it in a to go cup. We never gota ceramic cup for coffee because she said "they are gross and look dirty" that's always a great thing. Prices are high but itwas late and we were starving. Watched them bring wrong food and almost burnt chicken tenders to someone. If you're a rewardsperson you don't get them because they give you the wrong receipt and you can't get your pan coins. I had the Buffalo chicken melt and it was so good! The fries were fresh. My daughter and my dad had Pancakes and they loved... them. I wish I knew the waitresses name. She was very efficient and kind. Definitely will be coming back. Read more

However, this... particular IHOP has the best waitress we have had the pleasure of serving us in the IHOP locations we have visited, her name isBarbie. Pleasant, alert, responsive , anticipates needs like no other we've experienced.
