We arrived after 30 minutes of opening. The place was pretty dead. I decided to order the platter but the rice was not ready. I... was told I'd get extra veggies but got huge chunks of red onion and some tomatoes. Overall food was pricey, greasy, and tastedway too much of garlic. Wow!! My wife and I came here after driving past everyday for quite some time, with a craving for Greek food. Not Greek,... Lebanese food. We have never had that. We were Blown Away! Both by how friendly, hard working, and helpful the sweet owners are(come to find out they are Mother and Daughter! How awesome!) And most important, how fantastic the food was (they recommended,as we were unsure...). The flavorings, spices and meats they use are magical! Wow! Opened up a whole new dor for us. I love Mediterranean and this food truck was extremely impressive. Not only were the falafels and wraps some of the best I?ve... ever had, but the service was amazing. The two ladies helped me decide between two desserts and then gave me a free sample ofthe one I didn?t end up choosing so I didn?t miss out! All in all, an amazing experience. We?ve always driven past this place and always thought we should try it. Well we finally stopped by tonight and we were so glad... because the food was AMAZING. I love Mediterranean food, and their steak shawarma and garlic chicken tawook were so goooood! Theserving was so big too making it super worth it. The whole time we ate we just talked about how good the food was and that theytasted homemade. The ladies were super nice too. Visiting Tucson at the Food Truck Pit and had phenomenal Mediterranean food here. The mix plate for 3 was so tasty and could... definitely feed more. AWESOME PORTIONS!!! Got the combo and it did not disappoint wha4 so ever, even at the $37.99 price tag. WELL WORTH IT! There... is like 8 portions at least, so $5 bucks a person, can't beat that value. My dad had said he had eaten here before, and myparents are picky about their food so I was so glad I ordered. The menu was a lil hard to see and that was the only thing Iwould recommend for them to do. She did state the .ahority of the food was organic and you could definitely tell in the layersof flavor in the rice, and different meats. Love supporting n g local and this mo. I love Mediterranean food but haven?t found one I like here in Tucson.. I saw this food truck online and thought it looked... pretty good and authentic, plus it has great reviews so I took the 30 minute drive to try it out and I?m quit disappointed. Igot the chicken plate. My hummus did not look like hummus at all and it tasted weird. It had the texture of mashed bananas. Thepita bread tasted old and moldy. It didn?t have any mold on it but it still had that weird moldy taste. The chicken was good buta bit over salted. The only thing I enjoyed was the salad. I ended up throwing everything away and wasted $27. The ladies werereally sweet but I feel like they?re not serving their best food. Read more
