Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! The orange chicken is NASTY! I have been eating Chinese for 50+ years and I have never seen it... cooked like a roll and server like sushi slices in a box. It was only breaded on the round side and the chicken quality wasabsolutely horrific. The crab rolls/Rangoon tasted terrible too. Way overpriced for the quality/quantity. The Golden Dragon on Sunrise has the absolute best chicken wings in Tucson. Often overlooked by local food writers who would... rather follow the hype of new establishments that advertise themselves as more ?authentic.? It seems a bit unfair that justbecause they have a generic name most of these blogs completely ignore them as if they haven?t been doing this for thirty years;they took a risk way before all these other places the blogs hype up. Talk to someone from New York and they might tell you thattheir favorite Chinese dish is wings with rice. The cook at the Sunrise location worked in New York ages ago and the deliciouswings reflect that. Not every dish at every restaurant will be amazing, you just have to know what to order. I haven?t seen anyblogs mention how great the wings are here but maybe it?s because they?re too busy writing uninspired articles about the sameestablishments over and over just like how television shows come to Tucson and film at the same restaurants every year. Thesefood blogs don?t know any more about cuisine than you or I, and while their recommendations may be hit or miss, they areabsolutely missing out by being biased and not exploring more dining options in this city. One of our 4 meals was inedible. Upon complaint, server responded by saying "that's the way it is cooked". Had to ask for... manager who passed the buck to the cook who badly overcooked the meal ... and begrudgingly didn't charge for the meal. Read more

We've visited numerous times. Last week, we showed up 15 minutes before 2PM. The owner was extremely rude stating 'we close at... 2'. Why not take our order? The food comes out quick anyway. So, yeah we are done with this establishment. Read more

Golden Dragon at Swan & Sunrise is the best Chinese food in Tucson. I love the Shrimp & Scallops with Vegetables, egg rolls,... summer rolls, Shrimp with Vegetables and Northern Style Vegetables. Door Dash does not use this location and whatever otherlocation they use is not nearly as good. It's easy to order ahead and pick up. The same family has owned this location for thedecades I've been eating here. I wouldn't go anywhere else for Chinese Food in Tucson! Read more

I was a part of installing this places Air conditioning and from anyone that?s going to write a review I think we have a bit of... say into how these places operate in a way. I have seen some down right nasty places and with that in mind I will say thekitchen first off is very clean and organized. That says a lot about a restaurant it?s staff and owner. Second, the food is outof this world good. Being centered in the East coast for some time I?ve had my fair share of Asian cuisine. In Tucson it?s nothard to find, but good, hot, tasty quality Asian cuisine, that?s hard to find in one place. Golden Dragon on Sunrise now that?sthe spot not only to find a caring awesome owner, but the best and I mean the best food. The Golden Dragon is the absolute best Chinese Restaurant in town. They have an amazing menu with a huge selection. Their Lunch... menu is always a good deal. A coworker and I ordered lunch today from the Golden Dragon's lunch menu. He ordered the SesameChicken which came with fried rice, fried wontons and soup. I ordered the House Special Lo-Mein which came fried rice, friedwontons and I upgraded the soup to Wonton Soup. We also ordered two orders of Chicken Egg Rolls. Read more
