I ate here while visiting Tuscon last August. It was the best meal of the stay and I eat every meal at restaurants while away... from home. They had Hamachi Kama (yellowtail cheeks) salted and grilled on the special board and it was exactly made the sameway I have eaten it at numerous restaurants around the world. The sushi and sashimi were all fresh and tasty. They also had aton of sakes. No, we only had one. The bill was full size ($175 for 3) and worth it. Read more

We ate at Ginza the evening of 10/7/22. Arrived about 6pm. Party of 2. Very busy but were seated quickly. There are two... essential elements to good sushi. Fresh fish and properly prepared rice. Ginza served very fresh fish. The rice (hardestpart) was dry and undercooked. Also the rice should be warm. Ginza rice was cold. If you are a casual sushi person you willlike Ginza. Service was SLOW with staff that seemed not to understand the food they were serving. Overall disappointing. Read more

Ginza is so great. Consistently good and fresh meals. We always carry out but the service is great (sometimes you have to call a... few times to place an order but to me that's just a testament to how popular it is). The only sushi place I've been here that iswonderful every time. Read more
