Gelato is good. Manager needs to retrain /teach customer service as the kids running this frost are immature and don?t own their... mistakes but rather laugh at the customer when they mess up and have a long list of excuses please make sure the date is read oncake orders and not mistaken for the time .ya?ll lost $43.00 because you mixed the date and time up/ thought sending an icecream cake that wasn?t frozen was acceptable. We went on 9/4 after dinner, and the guys working were super cool and recommended great flavors. They were out of small cups so... they gave us mediums for the same price! Gelato was also incredible- going here made my whole week! Read more
Classic and iconic to La Encantada, the third Frost to open undoubtedly pulls in the most business by far. Fast and friendly... service with prices that won't burn a hole in your wallet but also aren't competitive by any standards. Personally the sorbetsand nut mixes are great choices Read more
Lovely gelato place with a ton of flavors. I got the espresso chip and it was sooo good. I loved the chips inside the gelato as... a texture and the gelato was so smooth and creamy. Utterly delicious. My friend got the strawberry champagne and it was veryrefreshing. Both gelatos weren't overly sweet, just the right amount of sweetness. Read more

This is the best ice cream I had in the USA. I tried it 3 times till now and it was amazing. This location was great. This... picture has dark chocolate ???? (it was to tasty) the chocolate flavor in it is rich. The lemon ???? was great. The Nutella wasgood. But the dark chocolate and lemon so tasty. Will come back soon for sure!! Read more
