Manager needs to retrain /teach customer service as the kids running this frost are immature and don?t own their... mistakes but rather laugh at the customer when they mess up and have a long list of excuses please make sure the date is read oncake orders and not mistaken for the time .ya?ll lost $43.00 because you mixed the date and time up/ thought sending an icecream cake that wasn?t frozen was acceptable.
