I just left this shop. All of the flavors taste close to water. They lack in customer service, I want to point out a girl with... the (brunette) braided hair and was wearing a blue sweater. She really needs to be trained again with her customer service. Shewas rude and was not welcoming. I honestly did not buy anything because of her and just bought 1 small cup for my dad. Tasty and delicious! I had the no sugar added peanut butter and the salted chocolate truffle. Both were delicious and paired... well together. I also sampled the banana and the mango. They were both tasty as well. The staff was friendly and even offered uscomplimentary water on this hot day! The color changing straw was cool. Read more

Wow this place has really gone down hill. Been coming to this location since 2018. Staff acts like they hate their jobs, lazy,... and don?t look professional. A staff member had their whole shirt rolled up in the back exposing her skin working around food.The staff eat behind the counter in front of customers and then serve without washing their hands. Ordered 1 scoop on a cone andit was half a scoop, and they were too lazy to fix it. Horrible experience, I won?t be back. Total disappointment. Read more

Best Ice cream in town in my opinion. Well worth it to come! I always get half sea salt caramel, half Chocolate Hazelnut. The... two pair up very nicely! The staff is usually very nice. I've only had a couple bad experiences, but that is just when theteenagers are working unattended in which they are rude and eat ice cream and don't wash their hands. But that specificexperience was only once. Otherwise all other experiences have been wonderful. I've been coming here for 4+ years or so now. :) Read more

The gelato was absolutely delicious. I was happy to be able to sample a few flavors before deciding which one to get. I went... with one scoop of pistachio and one scoop of tiramisu but I don?t think you could?ve gone wrong with any flavor! They evenbrought out a little pup cup for my dog, Honey, which she loved. Yum. Yum. Yum. Frost is my favorite gelato place in all of the west coast, and we've tried a lot. They are always so nice about... the 300 samples I really want (j/k, that would be so rude. I keep it under 5.) and service is great. Glad I don't live within 2hours or we'd be here daily. Read more

What?s better than gelato for dessert after a pizza lunch? The gelato according to them is half the calories and 80% less fat... than regular ice cream! Yes! A light dessert is what we all need for a guilt free indulgence. I really don?t want to grow abelly you know what I mean? The hazelnut is my ultimate favorite as it taste almost like a lighter version of Nutella. Thepistachio is also good. Try them! The prices are not cheap at $3.98 for small, $4.90 for medium and $5.19 for large and add$.75 for waffle cone.
