We wanted steaks for dinner; we were in the area so we stopped in here. We've been to a couple other Firebirds locations and... they are very consistently good. The steaks were mostly cooked to order and I love the smoked wood flavor on them. This place isvery great for a nice dinner, highly recommended. Read more

I've frequented Firebirds occasionally and every time I leave I feel that I've enjoyed the experience. For this visit, we shared... that ahi tuna appetizer. We went to firebird for a nice dinner out as a break from the craziness that is the holidays. I had the rib eye steak (12oz)... and she had prime rib smaller cut. We both had the tortilla soup to start and it was really good, with meaningful portions ofchicken and cheese and sour cream even with only ordering cup - size portions. My steak was cooked really well and wasdelicious. My only tiny complaint was that the grill marks bordered on char marks, not quite, but almost too much. Tater totswere excellent as well. Her prime rib was very good and cooked perfectly, and her potato was big(!) and delicious as well. Fordessert, I have the hardest time turning down cheesecake and this was no exception. The creme brulee cheesecake was reallydifferent, absolutely great and worth the cheat. It had just a hint of lemon, and the carmelization top was a great touch. Delicious.
