First time to this location (inside take out order) and it went well. My parents did they've been a couple of times and liked... it. Went through the drive through once before. Ive been going almost daily for the daily specials $2 Monday to Friday are great. I think I've got it memorized now. Rolled... tacos Monday. Tacos chicken or beef Tuesday. Wednesday it's tostadas. Thursday bean burritos and Friday is cheese quesadillas. They have a Salsa bar too which is great. New building real clean and quiet place with indoor dining and free soda refills. Read more
I have come four time slow service does not explain it all four time this is not fast food. 1st time one car in drive through... and just me inside and it took 20 minutes to get food. 2nd time no one in drive through and two people inside ahead of me chilirelleno plate and bacon egg burrito 30 minutes. Food was great. 3rd time beef tacos were over cooked and greasy and just oneperson ahead of me took 20 minutes. Tonight I pulled up to drive through speaker and waited 15 minutes to order there were threecars ahead of me and a line behind me. The cashier had her mic on so I could hear her take two orders from people inside. Icould hear her talking to cook and chatting but she couldn?t hear me. I tried my horn nothing let her know I was there. I gotout of car walked into lobby no customers waiting to order. I asked her if she knew her mic was on and we could hear her andthat I had been waiting for 15 minutes to order in the drive through. She apologized and I went back to my car. I get there andshe is yelling is there anyone there. I told her you have to let me walk back to my car. I ordered and waited 40 minutes forfood. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! I was so mad I just didn?t go to my usual spot ?los betos? on GOLF LINKS AND HARRISON. Way worth the drive.... This place sucks. Got a chorizo breakfast burrito and all that came in it was 95% EGG and maybe 5% chorizo?no potatoes?.theother spot adds all 3 for the same price and a nice even ratio. So disappointed in this place!!! I?ve gone back a few times just to give them the benefit of the doubt but nope, I?m done,... never going back! Every time we go to drive thru we have to end up parking and going in for something. Isn?t salsa somethingyou should ask if we want? Why do I only get salsa for one entree and not the 3 others I ordered? Napkins, why do I get 1 napkinfor 3 entrees? Why do the chorizo and egg burritos not include potatoes and cheese and they charge $2 for each to add? What aripoff! The building is nice so I guess we?re paying for it. Also, person taking orders and working the window, can you atleast pretend you want to help customers and be at work? Maybe a smile? Overpriced menu for substandard food. My wife tossed almost all of her beans and rice, and she said meat in tacos was dry. As to... my green chili pork burrito ????. Pork was nothing but grissle, fatty and dry. The green chili sauce had hardly any flavor. If Icould get my money back, I would! Next time we'll go to El Molinitos and spend a few dollars more for a better eatingexperience. Read more
Tried this new location for the first time on Saturday evening, 04/02/22. Place is very nice inside and clean! Nothing showing... on the flat screen TV on the wall but the food was average and no different than any of these places. Betos, Filibertos, etc.They basically all use the same ingredients and typically taste the same. A little pricey but so is everything else in 2022. Thetortilla on the burrito could not hold the load longer than a couple of bites. The tortillas are too soft if that's how todescribe it. We might be back! Read more
If I could give this zero stars I would. I just ordered three burritos. The first one I ordered was a breakfast steak egg and... cheese burrito and I added some potatoes. The potatoes were basically raw not cooked and super hard. The meat was disgustingwith zero flavor. Honestly, the breakfast burritos at Taco Bell are better than this. My wife ordered a Machaca burrito , shehad the same reaction after the first bite. She said nope this is disgusting. $32 down the drain. Now having to make breakfastat home, we will never return to the spot ever again. Read more
