Deplorable customer service by rude, disrespectful staff. On our last visit to this restaurant we received the worst customer... service from the guy taking orders in the drive-thru. After ordering item after item the guy would not confirm our order, so wewould ask him if he'd heard us, he would take a while and then finally reply in the rudest manner, not making any effortwhatsoever to hide his annoyance. After I asked one question about one of their dishes we could not understand what he saidthrough the speaker, so we asked him a second time and he replied in a very disrespectful way, in an obviously annoyed, slowmanner in a tone as if we were stupid. When we came to the window and got our stuff we asked if there was a problem with theirspeaker and if he was not able to hear us when we were placing our order, he replied that he heard perfectly but that he did notneed to repeat our order. We were staggered by his shameless lack of interest for providing good customer service and simplelack of politeness. Of course we will not be going back, customer beware of the kind of service you will receive in this place. Read more

Ordered ground beef tacos. Very greasy. I think I remember this from a long time ago. Should have taken a picture but the grease... was dripping out of the tacos as soon as I picked up each one. Inside of store was very clean. Read more

Went through the drive thru tonight. Our first experience at this location after many visits in the San Diego area. They did not... disappoint! We had #1 Pollo Asado, Carne asada and Gordo burritos. I used to come to this location all the time because the food quality was always on point and the value was also great. I was... out of Tucson for a little over a year and was excited to come back here for some great food. Unfortunately my experience wasunderwhelming. The value is no longer there. The prices increased (completely understandable) But the food portions havedecreased substantially. On top of that, the cabeza taco I ordered was half onion! I got my food to go and got about 12 napkinswith it. I don?t need 12 napkins, just better portions and quality control. I?ll try this place one or two more times at mostand that will decide if I keep coming back. Please get it together guys. I really did use to enjoy coming here! Read more
