I would totally give them five stars on the food because the pizza is good but I've been a bit disappointed with the service, ... (not do to the employees) They are good people. But ordering a pizza should be simple. 1st time 30 min, no problem. 2nd time Ihad to call 3 times and 1 hour wait.. Now that could of been phone line problems because it rained so I kept trying to reachthem. 3rd time I didn't bother ordering because I got a answering machine that told me to order on line. I couldn't order online because the website was down. So we ordered elsewhere. It's not a easy place to go get a pizza. SO for us it has to beworth it. Plus half of their menu items are not there anymore. Do to covid?? How long is it going to be that they cut menuitems. I would of totally ordered more if you had stuff. I'm only telling you because you have really good pizza and I hope youmake it a bit more convenient for people to order. Because you could have way more customers . Help a girl out.???? Read more

Excellent NY style pizza, but it is less and less enjoyable. I used to eat lunch there at least once per week. Then they... closed the indoor seating area, so you have to sit out in the heat. Yesterday, they had only 3 total tables and they charge anextra 50 cents for a tiny box if you get your pizza to go. They used to have Coke products on fountain, so you could get arefill. Then they switched to cans. Now you have to pay extra for Coke products. The slice and drink lunch special only comeswith Pepsi products. A couple weeks ago, I tried to buy a slice and drink combo for a homeless person. They told me they arenot allowed to let me buy food for someone else. I give up. I?m going elsewhere. Read more

In town on a golf road trip from San Antonio Texas with a buddy. While in town for the week we are trying not to eat at any... chain restaurants. (ok we had waffle house once cuz SA doesn't have any). Today after golf we decided to try a pizza place.There looks to be a lot of good choices but we chose Empire Pizza. GOOD CHOICE!!! We ordered The Bensonhurst which hasPepperoni, Bacon, Prosciutto, and Italian Sausage. Ordered and waited about 30 minutes. There's a bar in the back and tablesoutside. We sat outside and let me just say it was interesting. I'll be polite and say it was a bit sketchy in the downtown areabut fun to watch the comings and goings in the 630-8pm hours. A bit pricey at $33 for the pizza and 2 sodas. Anyway pizza wasawesome, the crust was outstanding. definitely recommend. If your a resident or just visiting this is the place to go. Pretty good pizza? could definitely do a little better with spreading toppings. Overall I enjoyed the street taco pizza and my... coworkers had good feedback about the crust as well as the pepperoni and mushroom pizza on the other half. More pizza placeslack in powdered garlic and oregano nowadays so I?m just going to add that they didn?t have that here. They did have cold beerthough and that?s pretty dope. They also have tables to sit at outside and that?s something else to note. Read more
I had only asked for 2 slices of pizza and I got charged for 3 slices of pizza and then they ended up only giving me one slice... of pizza and when I went back with the receipt they still wanted to charge me. Well it was the kid in the front that was wantingto give me trouble even though I had a receipt. Once the shift leader or a higher-up came up front she understood and helped meout greatly. Reliable pizza better earlier if you can catch a slice of the elote pizza. Always great desserts too, seating can be a lil weird... on busy nights Read more
