Great food eveytime. A little expensive but the quality and freshness have been great the times we have visited.
I truly love pollo loco, delicious chicken Al carbon tacos on a corn tortillas.. delicious... Only thing...I hate cilantro and... boy do they top it off with a handful of cilantro on each taco, which I had no idea they did.. Next time I'll remember to pleaselet them know not to include cilantro.. And it doesn't specify this on menu. Read more
I'd give it 4.5 STARS I love the Flame Grill Charbroiled favors, SEASONED really well. I've had the 4 piece with Beans and Rice ... both times I've been to this location, it's been great. The staff is doing the best they can... however both times it isaparent to me they are short staffed. Longer wait time while ordering (inside dining) and several tables needed to be cleaned. El Pollo Loco used to be a fave of our families many many years ago in Albuquerque. While on vacay in Tucson we were eating at... First Watch on Saturday and I saw the El Pollo Loco next door. I knew I had to bring my family here! Fast forward to Sundaylunchtime. Yes!!! El Pollo Loco it is!!! We walked in and were greeted with a sunshiny smile from Sarah! She was polite,professional and sweet! She had answers to all my questions. My family was super excited to get our food. We had the famous ElPollo Loco grilled chicken and a taco salad. All delicious! Super happy we had a chance to try it before headed home toAlbuquerque. Thank you Sarah for being an amazing and awesome employee!
