Went to the drive through and received absolutely no acknowledgement. Pulled around and confirmed they were open. I just left.... Obviously they weren't interested in serving a customer. I have had issues before. One associate argued with me about an onlineorder. She said it didn't go through and when I pointed to it on the counter she told me to calm down. My wife and I really enjoyed how fresh the food was. There is a difference when it's made right in front of you on a fire grill.... There is keto options like a chicken salad and a burrito. Great food with excellent customer service ???????????????? I love this restaurant and highly recommend it to everyone I know.... The food is delicious and taste more HOME cooked than fast food. As long as I was on the east side today, I stopped at El Pollo Loco for lunch. I opted for the Original Pollo Bowl Combo. My... bowl was great, unfortunately my drink was a little too watery without any flavor. I'm sad I can't give you five stars. Pleasefix your vitamin water drink. Read more
UPDATE 1/17 : so I spoke with Claudia at this location, she got my info and assured me that I would get a refund. Instead I... actually got charged again! If you notice you'll see that the company responded with their website to contact them. Like Imentioned before their "contact us section" does not work. BEWARE! We ordered two burritos a small side of mash potato's and a side of mac and cheese for a total of $20. Atfirst we thought this was bit steep but we've enjoyed the portions and quality in the past so went ahead anyway. We wereextremely disappointed in what we got for $20; so without taking a bite we went back to return the food and just to get arefund. We were told by Adela that since it was an online order they couldn't process it so someone would call us back. It'sbeen 11 days and we have not heard back. We also tried to contact their customer services, however there is no usableinformation anywhere on their website. Online if you fill out the contact us form it'll auto decline and wont submit. I ordered the bean burrito (classic) and they gave us a classic. The chicken was very dry. Rice and beans decent. The churros... was the best. Really good. I'd go there only for that. Read more
