The staff are absolutely fantastic and friendly! They care about your experience and are open to helping or giving feedback. I... HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Also, don't be afraid to ask for things off if you don't like them. I removed my shrimp and a few otherthings, but could have requested it off ???????. I got the Spicy Hot Pot, it's really delicious and filling! All in all, it wasa great experience and worth it. (I spent about $34 for the Hot Pot, black tea and plum juice). Best Hot Pot ever!!! Drove over 100 miles from Phoenix to Tucson to enjoy the world-famous Hot Pot. The Sauce station has... plenty of variety that can mix-or-match to suit your taste buds. In addition to their tasty soup with variety of selections,their service is Best of the Best. Jerry the waiter cleaned his hands with soap before holding my cell phone to take the grouppictures. This was my first time eating at a hot pot restaurant. Not a big fan. They ha e several different pots to choose from. They... all included meatballs, corn, tofu and a few other items. You could add chicken, beef or seafood to ur pot to customize it. From there you make uour own sauce to did the contents of the pot in. The food was good, full of flavor and very filling forthe price. I would recommend people check them out as the food was good. I liked what I had and so did my family, I just dontthink I would go back. Read more
This place was great! Our server Hannah was so sweet and patient with us, as this was our first time eating here. She was very... helpful and friendly. I tried the Seafood Hotpot which was fantastic. They have a great space to create sauces for yourself. Thedesserts were great. We tried the shaved ice which was $3 and huge! It was more than I could eat. I will definitely bereturning. We have never been to a restaurant like this and the staff was really helpful and easy to talk to about mixing up sauces and... what bowls to get. We enjoyed our 3 bowls the vegan, the hot and spicy, and the seafood bowl. The 4th photo is the chopped porkand rice appetizer. Completely yum! Bodies all feel full and like we ate amazing food. My brother and I came here since it was on our way back home at the same time we "Love" Hotpots and noodles (See my other... reviews). The place is very nice and clean to have a nice dinner. We see the menu and our eyes opened because of the prices forthe food. Specially the Hotpots. In the end we decided to order the noodles to give a try. The presentation was great but thefood was bland. The noodles looks like spaghettis pasta than noodles and the meats weren't well seasoned. My brother and Iweren't really happy about our meals.
