I had ordered a BLT(bacon lettuce tomato)light on the mayo, and a mountain dew lemon fizz(eegee and soda mix). They were very... patient with me as I usually talk very low which I very much appreciate thank you. Shortly after ordering my drink was made andbrought over. I order an 8 inch spicy chicken sandwich meal. I had to wait for the fries supposedly. Needless to say, they were limp and... cold. The bread looked like a hot dog bun. I used to love Eggees, the quality is not the same as it was before it was sold. Verydisappointing Read more
Here goes. Stopped in on Fri afternoon. My 1st time trying eegees. Ordered sandwich and fries at the walk up window. Asked for... well done fries. Cashier says "extra crispy" , I say "Absolutely" . Food arrived just as requested with no issues. Saturday Ibrought my brother with me for lunch. Went thru drive thru. Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 orders of well done fries. They read theorder back after me saying it 2 times and I said again, "well done fries'. Waited almost 15 minutes in drive thru. An employeecomes to the window and reads the order and says "well done fries". Well out comes the bag, we go back to the house and nope, ofcourse its not what I asked for. Is it just me or do I like to pay for what I want? Is it difficult to get it right? Fries werecold and limp and not cheap. I DO NOT like cold fries. Sandwiches are overpriced. Subway is less expensive and the sandwichesare larger But I dont care for subway. Here is a tip for management. When your employees are taking an order, do not allow themto change focus when doing so.Was a very simple order that did not need me repeating it 3 times. Bad first impressions. Read more
Terrible customer service and employee performance. Since it was built it never fails that there?s an issue with my order.... Missing items, wrongs items or a failure to follow directions such as no lettuce due to food allergies. Employees are alwaysmessing around, on their phones or look stoned out of their minds. 845 pm 6/30 In the drive through waiting for my food and a 6 to 7 year old boy runs past the window inside the store. I'm sure... kids around food products is not an acceptable practice. Im sure it can result in a health code violation. Eegees, you are agood company, do better. Read more

Not only did it take almost 20 minutes or more to get through the line! I finally get my food and I asked the lady if all my... food was in there and she said it should. My FRENCH FRIES were NASTY, I bought a large, regular and bacon ranch FRIES, (whichdid t have any bacon on it)! The fries were so hard we ended up giving them to the dogs.
