Since moving over to a new more expensive menu, I probably won?t be going to any eegees anymore. It feels like the food is... actually worse since raising the prices. They got rid of the pretzels which were my favorite part. This location is always rudeand usually forgets something in my orders every time I go. Also I?m confused why they have a reward system when literally noone asks for the phone number. I?m not going to download an app and take up space on my phone for that. I recommend Slice andIce for better service and food if you want similar sandwiches and fries. Read more

The food here is always good. Customer service is hit or miss. Night crew completely different experience than day crew. Day... crew is awesome, checks for loyalty number and has great customer service. Night crew gives the impression they do not want tobe there and I have never been asked for loyalty ID. Read more

Went to Eegees for lunch today with my daughter. What she loves most is the fries. A big red flag came up when the guy in front... of me got his order and complained about the condition of the fries. When I got up to order I could see what the gentleman I'mfront of me was talking about. I ordered our sandwiches, drinks, and told Jordan at the resister not to serve me those fries ifthat's all they had, they looked disgusting. I got my order and sure enough, they were the nasty grease soaked brown fries.Deonecha, person in charge, came to speak with me and told me even if they cooked a new batch it would come out the same becauseof the oil. I would never make and serve anything like this to my family. She was nice, and refunded my money for the fries. Just went to the Eegees on St Mary?s and it was extremely disappointing! My southwest salad was missing the wontons and the... cucumbers were spoiled. It was also half the size it normally is. The meatball sub, the bread was hard, meatballs tasted likethey were sitting there all day, and barely any marinara on there. Since Eegees was taken over, the quality of food has gonedown tremendously! Read more

Food here is awesome. The ice was really tasty. Glad I don't have to include fries in my combo. Came here with a friend. Staff... was friendly and knowledgeable, told me what was on each sub. Greatly enjoyed my dining experience here, i will tell my friendswho dont know about this place. Read more
