I?m out. Since last week they changed the menu. My old order is now 2? shorter and 2.00 more. No wonder the drive through was... empty during the lunch rush. You are tanking your own business. 7.00 for a six inch sub is too much money. Read more
I've been to this location numerous times and customer service has been hit and miss, but today's visit put me over the edge.... Employees working today was a great example of "bodies with a pulse". They had no concepts of customer service, courtesy or evenany professionalism whatsoever. I know that Eegee's can do better, but this location has some serious problems with customerservice. These are obviously people you know and are falsely reviewing this place. Still scarred from the worst diningexperience ever in my life. Terrible experience between food and service. Just disgusted honestly/ this place is dirty dirty.Manager shouldn?t be a manager at this location as well. Literally complained about roaches in front of the front door of herrestaurant, and she looked at me with the look:?what would you want me to do about it??. Well, I would like you to clean it orhave someone clean it so I don?t loose my appetite entering your business. My family owns 2 restaurants in Italy; I get it thatthe level of service is different, but - literally this place has no care for hygiene ( also, floor and counters were sticky allover the place), customer service is terrible, and food wasn?t ready as ordered, or actually good for that matter (something wasoff about the taste of the sandwiches, check your food), was also overcharged for the ranches as well too. It is amazing to go into an establishment and the crew genuinely looks happy to there. Great food and from management to crew,... everyone looks professional and is friendly. Won't be long before I know them all by name. Especially since it's my lunch go toalmost every day. Thank you Eegees for another delicious lunch! Also I really enjoy preordering from the app, makes my luncheven better. I truly enjoy the food, service and staff. They make you feel like you are welcomed.
