Normally pretty good service. Tonight though, they gave me the wrong order in the drive thru. I left and realized it was wrong... when I checked a mile or two down the road, so I went back. I went into the store and I watched them just take the bag from meand give it to the person in the drive thru, and they were kind of rude about it as well. Did not seem sanitary. Read more
I've been going to eegee's since they opened on Speedway & Craycroft. Recently the quality of their drinks has gone way down.... They were originally smooth and fluffy. Now they are full of hard chunks of ice crystals. That comes from letting it partiallymelt and then refreezing it. Their transportation quality control has gone way down, along with the quality of the drinks. Sadthat QT smoothies are now better than eegee's. Not to mention, their best standard flavor, orange, was discontinued decades ago. Read more
What can I say Eegees is a Tucson staple. If you've lived here for 1 month or 40 yrs you've more than likely eaten here. The... sandwiches are always tasty and eegees frozen drinks are ideal for our climate. I'd give them 5 stars but their prices havereally gone up over the past couple yrs just like everywhere else. Brian at this location is amazing I saw him work the register drive-thru and the fryer. Seems to go wherever he is needed. The... reason I am praising Brian is because I came to this location on 7/1/22 at 1120am. Right before I made my order there was acustomer in front of me that was upset because they gave her change in smaller bills when she gave them $100. The customerstarted fussing raising her voice and stating that she was going to call corporate and tell him that Brian was an awfulemployee. Brian kept his cool and defused the situation by stepping away and see that there was no reasoning with this angrycustomer. Customer service was good, food not so much. I had a buffalo chicken wrap. There was no buffalo flavor, in the sauce,... whatsoever. All I could taste was salt. Read more
Have been enjoying Eegee's sandwiches forever and loved them. Recently there has been a change in the bread. It is doughy and... lacks flavor. Quite frankly, if this change continues, we won't be visiting. Read more
