This is my 3rd time going to Dutch bros and honestly it?s been so grate. Went after to school to get some caffeine and to get... my rewards and one of the brorista?s said my name correctly and because it?s a foreign name. was so interested in my backgroundand were talking about music.He was such a bundle of joy to talk to. I paid with a credit card, didn?t work. I used another credit card, didn?t work. The girl taking our order told us to just... proceed to the window. We get to the window, cards didn?t work again I then used ANOTHER card, didn?t work. We tried mydaughters card and Apple Pay and nothing worked. The girl at the window reset her machine and we tried again, nothing worked.She said we can take the drinks but next time to use another card ???? we tried 4 different cards with money on them and nothingworked. Pulled into a 10 car line thinking they were busy for 3pm but after waiting 9 or 10 minutes I figured out that it wasn?t busy,... they just weren?t moving. Then I thought that maybe they were understaffed but when I pulled up to the window I see at least 6people inside having a great time making our drinks slower than I even could. Then when we get them they were filled past thecup with ice. I?m hoping that maybe it was an off day for this place because I?ve had nothing but good experiences at Dutch Brosbefore this. I?d figure if they were going to be serving drinks in a drive thru for $12.75+ plus tip they?d at least do a goodjob of literally just serving drinks. I hope I get his name right but I believe his name is Mario? it is a Saturday morning and of course the drive-through is very... long, Mario is outside taking orders and I just wanted to say his efficiency and being so productive while getting everyone?sorders and making that line go by so fast. This was my first time having Dutch Bros Coffee and it won?t be my last! I literally see so many people at my job with a Dutch... Bros cup in their hand every morning as opposed to the other major chains (no shade) so I said I MUST try it. Caleb was verywelcoming and took my order as I was waiting in line and Mario made small conversation with me at the window as I was waitingfor my drink. I had the Cocomo and it was delicious. Love this place! They seem to always be busy but always get us through fast! Best coffee! Awesome staff.. and amazing perks!
