08/31/2022 Stood outside waiting to order a drink for over 15 minutes before leaving. I came before ten, made sure to pad my... time cuz I didn?t want to be THAT ONE very last customer but I got there just after 9:15. Saw one car in drive thru, saw aworker helping that car, saw one lady with a mop and a mop bucket. That?s fine, decided to patiently wait?. but no one came toask for my order or tell me they were closed or something! Not like I was hiding. Google maps says your open till 10pm, theDutch bros next to my house that I usually go to will happily serve anyone till closing time and they are amazing. They are amazing. They all know my dogs name and they say hi to him when we go and call him by his name he gets so excited. He... loves watching them make his puppaccino at the window and they talk to him when making it. He gets so excited. They even writehis name on the cup and write him a little note and draw hearts on there. Plus the drinks are always yummy and made great. Superfast and friendly service. Customer service is beyond excellent each time I go there, they work around any order helping you get exactly what you want... every time, and this location specifically always gets the orders right. The manager is one of the best I've seen and shedoesn't just sit back while others work. Leads by example. Is very friendly and outgoing. Starbucks has nothing on these guys. Read more
