Walked up to the window today. The guy never called my name to pick up our drinks. It took 15 minutes. Finally a lady walked up... and he almost gave our drinks to her. I said they were mine. He said "Sorry". My daughter's hot chocolate was cold and mypeppermint mocha was cold, too. Very disappointed. :( Read more

This location is probably the worst I?ve been to. I don?t know if it?s the lack of staff at 6:30 or the fact that it?s vail and... all the people who come here don?t know how Dutch works. With 4 cars it takes 5 minutes to order and no one understands pick theshortest lane. They also never ask me if I want my preferred tip, which I do but still all other locations ask. I also don?treally like when they are having 1-1 meetings at 6:45 in the morning sitting on the tables when there is a line. This is theclosest drive through coffee shop in vail, it really should be more efficient. Read more
My favorite Dutch Bros to go to! I am from Vail and have been back to visit every year and always make sure to grab a coffee... everyday while I'm here from this location. The staff is always super fun and easy to talk to. They do a great job with trainingtheir employees to talk to guests. I always feel great getting my coffee here. The drinks are always pretty consistent too,whereas Starbucks is a hit or miss. Read more
You need a good pick me up and aren't sensitive to caffine the 911 blended is awesome. My family has yet to dislike anything we... have ordered. My kids love the frosts (birthday cake and og gummy bear) wife's favorite is the (golden eagle frost) and myfavorite is the (911 and any flavor rebel). Read more
I really enjoy Dutch Bros coffee, and I always receive friendly service, but I'm very disappointed in the amount of ice in my... order at this location. I ordered a cold brew with cream but ended up with little coffee and all ice. I paid over $5 for what Iwould estimate to be about a half a cup of coffee...I hate driving away feeling deceived. One day, I cheated on Starbucks... and I've not looked back since. I always pray the calories in my Dutch Bros deliciously... naughty coffee will go to wanted areas, but it goes straight to my bum.
