Tried to get a sandwich here just before lunchtime. Waited due to 2 customers ahead. Manning was only 1 chatty person. By the... time I reached the counter, I was told not making sandwiches at this time. If so, what?s the sandwich menu for. Didn?t explainor ask why. Donuts looked like they could use replenishing. Horrendous service. 1 poor employee was running the register and making the food/drinks while 3 others just stood there with a... big line. The macchiato was awful as well and they didn?t even fill it to the top. Awful all around. Read more

Waited for over an hour in line at 5am and never got food due to having to make flight. You can't figure out if you are the only... place open there will be people in line. Have more the 2 on shift, accordingly the ladies working must have thought they wereon vacation. I witnessed one guy wait 10 min for cup of coffee because she was standing around waiting on a different order. Read more

This location opened late, was short staffed, and did not offer food at 5:42am due to a "printer malfunction". While on the... phone with my husband I was explaining why they didnt offer breakfast. Simply put-- laziness. Nothing was prepared. Which isfine lol I wasn't even mad. I was just explaining that the line was really long to wait for no food-- especially if you havesugar issues like I do. Yet again not to the staff. Melissa decided it was appropriate to mentioned 2 or 3 times that "if Ididnt like it I could have just gotten out of line." I wouldn't recommend this location, and would instead recommend that adifferent fast food option be it's replacement. Read more

Associates were not present for more than 20 minutes. Our sandwiches were ice cold. Asked them to fix it. Then they gave us new... ones and burnt them till the were inedible. Terrible place I recommend firing both employees that worked on 3/19/20. They bothleft their store again after us to go talk and hang out. Read more
